    BESCHREIBUNGEN   

Outdoor 1200 pairs cross connection cabinet / CCC (TP-1803-1200) is used for the cross connection and terminations between trunk/primary cable and the distribution/secondary cables. It is used for outdoor copper cables. It is made of SMC (Sheet Molding Compound / glass fiber reinforced polycarbonate compound) material.
 
The CCC consists of mainly two parts: CCC housing including body and base, and cable terminal blocks (CTB) including frames. The CTB adopts IDC (Insulation Displacement Connection) technique, which means no soldering, wire-stripping or the use of screws, and which clamps the wires at a 45 degree angle, thus dramatically reducing the risk of a poor termination and increasing the wiring productivity. Contacts that ensure the highest degree of reliability even under the most adverse environmental and climatic conditions. A completely reliable, gas-tight connection between the contact and conductor.
 
The door hangs on the cabinet side on hinges mounted on its inside, and fitted with rubber sealing along the inner edge to protect against water and dust. The door has an extraordinary strong and durabe locking device for durably heavy duty long time use.
 
The interior of the cabinet contatins a galvanized steel frame for fixing cable terminal blocks. The frame fastening bars is provided with cables ring and guides for clear and beautiful wiring. On bottom of the frames, cable clmaps are provided to fix the cable.
On the base plate, inlets and outlets are provided together with rubber grommets.
